Shipping policy.

We make zero guarantees for shipping time, delays, or similar. We buy shipping services from extremely large global companies and do not control them or have influence over their processes.

Once a package leaves our warehouse we have as much information as you do via the tracking link. We cannot contact local postal companies on your behalf, as they only communicate with the recipient.

All customs and import fees, tariffs, taxes, etc. are the responsibility of the customer.

Once a package arrives in the destination country, the import process is often completely opaque, includes no tracking events, and cannot be interrogated by the recipient or sender via phone or email. We will only assume a package has been lost and issue a refund/ship a replacement if a shipment has not emerged from this process after 10 weeks.

If a product is damaged in shipping, please get in touch via email. Damaged packaging/boxes is normal and not guaranteed by us.
