If you're not 100% satisfied with your BH product, we'll make it right with a refund or exchange. Every time.

That said, we can't refund or exchange for change of mind, tampers not fitting baskets, or other problems that aren't our wrongdoing.

We do our best to minimise packaging waste and shipping weights. Because of this our recyclable product boxes are also the shipping box, and so they may arrive with some light damage from handling. The product inside should be fine. If not please let us know!
