Evidence for Shipping Damages:

For damages incurred during shipping, we require video or photo proof of the damage within 24 hours of the delivery. This helps us assess the situation promptly and process a replacement/exchange.

Exclusions for Customer Misuse:

We can only process refunds for damages confirmed to be the result of shipping/mishandling of the order during transit.

Damages resulting from customer misuse are not eligible for a refund.

Initiating Return Requests:

"Change of Mind" Returns:

We understand that preferences may change. If you decide to return a product due to a change of mind, we can refund the price of the product, excluding shipping costs. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
