Shipping Info and Policy

We ship direct from China with various methods. Depending on your country, we will use a different service.

Unless specifically mentioned, we ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means, according to your local laws there may be fees, taxes, or duties payable by you upon import.

Countries with express service as standard:

  • 🇺🇸 USA - ~1 week for most locations, 2 weeks for remote.
  • 🇪🇺 European Union - delivered duty-paid. No extra import fees guaranteed (if they occur we'll pay them).

"Express service" means we use consolidated air freight to your country, followed by a local shipping service. Much faster and more reliable than postal services.

"General Postal" means we use a postal service to ship your items. Delivery time will vary between 10-20 business days. Tracking links will be provided but they often lack updates during importation.

 

Shipping Policy

We make zero guarantees for shipping time, delays, or similar. We buy shipping services from extremely large global companies and do not control them or have influence over their processes.

Once a package leaves our warehouse we have as much information as you do via the tracking link. We will not contact postal companies on your behalf, as they only communicate with the recipient.

All customs and import fees, tariffs, taxes, etc. are the responsibility of the customer, unless specifically mentioned.

Once a package arrives in the destination country, the import process is often completely opaque, includes no tracking events, and cannot be interrogated by the recipient or sender via phone or email. We will only assume a package has been lost and issue a refund/ship a replacement if a shipment has not emerged from this process after 8 weeks.

If a product is damaged in shipping, please get in touch via email. Damaged packaging/boxes is normal and not guaranteed by us.
